Charity Fundraiser at La Persona Awards
As part of the international La Persona Awards — an award for women’s leadership and entrepreneurship, a charity fundraiser was launched to support children who need help today.
We believe that a strong community is not only about opportunities, but also about showing support when it truly matters. That is why, as part of La Persona Awards, we launched a charity fundraiser in partnership with DAR and with the support of Edgar Veliyulin.
We are currently raising funds for Anastasia Nizhnik — a young woman living with cerebral palsy who has required ongoing treatment and rehabilitation since childhood.
She needs a specialized wheelchair that will help reduce pain and give her greater freedom of movement. This is not just a fundraiser — it is a real opportunity to improve someone’s quality of life.
Every contribution matters.

Как оформить инвалидность ребёнка в Испании
Шаги:
- Собрать медицинские документы: заключения специалистов, диагнозы, выписки, результаты обследований.
- Записаться в Центр оценки инвалидности (Centro de Valoración de Discapacidad) в вашей автономии.
- Подать заявление: паспорт/ NIE, empadronamiento, меддокументы, заявление (solicitud).
- Пройти комиссию: психолог, социальный работник, врач.
- Получить сертификат инвалидности (grado de discapacidad): 33% и выше — официальная инвалидность.
- При необходимости — оформить movilidad reducida, если есть сложности с передвижением.
Совет: решение приходит обычно в течение 2−6 месяцев.
Как получить пособие по уходу за ребёнком с особыми потребностями
Основные виды выплат:
- Prestación por hijo a cargo con discapacidad — фиксированная выплата.
- Reducción de jornada y prestación por cuidado de menor — компенсация за сокращение рабочего времени одним из родителей, если ребенок требует постоянного ухода.
Шаги:
- Получить инвалидность ребенка (33%+).
- Собрать документы: NIE, банковские реквизиты, certificado de discapacidad, income proof (если требуется).
- Подать заявление в Seguridad Social: онлайн через Tu Seguridad Social или лично по предварительной записи.
- Если работаете: получить от педиатра/специалиста справку о необходимости постоянного ухода.
- Дождаться решения и назначение выплаты.
Как оформить социальные карты и выплаты
Типичные социальные карты/льготы:
- Tarjeta de discapacidad: льготы на транспорт, парковку, скидки.
- Tarjeta Sanitaria: медицинская страховка общественной системы.
- Ayudas de la comunidad autónoma: жилье, питание, транспорт, школа.
Шаги:
- Получить certificado de discapacidad.
- Уточнить в вашей автономии список льгот (Каталония, Валенсия, Мадрид — у всех разные программы).
- Подать заявление: документы семьи, empadronamiento, certificado discapacidad.
- Подать на выплаты (ayudas): через соцслужбы (Servicios Sociales) или порталы автономии.
- Получить карту и использовать льготы в транспорте, школе, медцентрах.
Как взаимодействовать с социальными службами и медициной
Социальные службы (Servicios Sociales):
- Записаться на прием в ваш муниципалитет.
- Подготовить документы: доходы, состав семьи, прописка, инвалидность.
- Озвучить потребности: помощь, адаптация, выплаты, поддержка родителям.
- Получить план сопровождения (itinerario), контакты специалистов.
Медицина:
- Получить Tarjeta Sanitaria (медкарту).
- Закрепиться за CAP/Centro de Salud.
- Попросить направление к специалистам: невролог, реабилитация, логопед, физиотерапевт.
- Оформить отчеты для соцвыплат: педиатр готовит документы для инвалидности/ухода.
- Запрашивать adaptación escolar, если ребенок идет в школу.
Пособие для адаптации семьи в новой стране (образование, медицина, жилье)
Что можно получить:
- помощь соцслужб с жильем, детсадами, школами
- консультирование по интеграции
- курсы языка
- выплаты для малообеспеченных
- образовательная поддержка детям
- помощь по медстраховке и лечению
Шаги:
- Обратиться в Servicios Sociales по месту проживания.
- Оценка ситуации семьи: доходы, жильё, состояние ребёнка.
- Оформить empadronamiento — база для всех выплат.
- Запросить помощь:
- жилье (ayuda de alquiler)
- питание в школе
- интеграционные программы
- помощь на одежду/учебные материалы
- Зарегистрироваться в медцентре: получить Tarjeta Sanitaria, выбрать педиатра.
- Обратиться в школьный отдел (Educación) для подбора школы с поддержкой.
- При необходимости — оформить пособия автономии на адаптацию семьи.

The DAR Association, through the DAR Madre programme, has been supporting mothers of children with special needs coming to Spain for over 8 years. Our mission is to support families in difficult situations, offering help and guidance at every stage of their journey.
