Mission and values of DAR Jóvenes

To create a safe, nurturing and inspiring ecosystem for teenagers and families across Spain.

Safety and trust

We create a space where teenagers can be themselves, speak openly, and feel supported without pressure or judgment.

Growth and self-awareness

We help teenagers better understand themselves, their strengths, their desires, and possible paths for growth.

Family and community

DAR Jóvenes brings together teenagers, parents, and specialists in a warm, supportive community.

Creativity and self-expression

Through creativity, sports, theatre, and projects, teenagers try new things, discover their talents, and find their own direction.

Responsibility and service

We foster a culture of participation, mutual support, and responsibility for one’s contribution to society.

Openness to the World

We broaden teenagers' horizons through international programs, cultural exchange, and new opportunities for growth.

Community Chats

We have two chats designed for convenient and structured communication between participants

Online Self-Discovery Group for Adults

We invite parents to join an online group about restoring trust and improving relationships with teenagers.

We can pass on to our children only what we carry within ourselves: resilience, trust, the ability to listen, and the capacity to stay connected even when things are difficult.

Adolescence is a time of questions, boundaries, strong emotions, and self-discovery. During the meetings, we will explore real situations shared by participants: how to listen to a teenager, maintain authority, set boundaries, and deal with aggression, guilt, shame, and tension in relationships.

The group is led by Ekaterina Pastukhova — existential analyst, psychotherapist at GLE International Austria, member of WEA and AEAPP, methodologist, curator of ONG DAR Jóvenes Spain. She has over 20 years of professional experience.

Format:

• online

• small group of 6–8 people

• 10 meetings, 2 hours each

• practices, discussions, and support in a safe group

• before the start — a free personal online introductory meeting

Make a contribution
Any amount will make a difference. Regular financial support — even a small contribution — represents a significant investment in the association’s ongoing work.

Even € 5 is enough: that’s a café breakfast, a pack of aspirin, or a commuter train ticket — so it’s certainly not nothing.
Become a volunteer
Your age, education or social status don’t matter to us; even your country of residence or citizenship is not relevant. If you want to be part of DAR, join us — there will always be a task suited to you.
A project for business owners. Our friends support us by sharing information about DAR on their social media and displaying QR code donation posters. We offer our community’s support and our media channels for business promotion, both online and offline.
Any report, article, post, or even a personal blog repost helps us help others. If you are a journalist, blogger, photographer, or simply active on social media, we would love to collaborate.
