DAR Jóvenes — space for growth, inspiration and support for teenagers (ages 10−20) and their parents in Spain

Education, sports, creativity, theatre, psychological support, volunteering and international programmes. Everything to help young people in Spain discover themselves and find their place in life.

Why supporting teenagers matters

Today’s teenagers live in a world of rapid change, information overload and loneliness. DAR Youth creates an alternative — a vibrant, safe and inspiring community where teenagers can be themselves and gain a well-rounded experience of life.
  • Many teenagers have no one to talk to about the things that matter most
  • Young people gravitate towards chaotic groups with no positive role models
  • Parents lack the tools and support they need

Mission and values of DAR Jóvenes

To create a safe, nurturing and inspiring ecosystem for teenagers and families across Spain.

Online self-discovery group for teenagers

We invite teenagers aged 12−15 to join an online self-discovery group. Adolescence is a time of questions, change and searching for identity. Who am I? Where am I headed? Who should I listen to? Where can I find support? During this period it is especially important for a teenager to find solid ground, understand themselves, and feel that there are people around who truly get them.

The group is led by Ekaterina Pastukhova — psychotherapist and existential analyst with over 20 years of practice, and curator of DAR Youth Spain.

Format:

— Online (Zoom)

— 10 sessions of 2 hours each

— Practices, discussions and support in a safe group setting

Participants keep a shared chat for ongoing connection after the programme ends.

Make a contribution
Any amount will make a difference. Regular financial support — even a small contribution — represents a significant investment in the association’s ongoing work.

Even € 5 is enough: that’s a café breakfast, a pack of aspirin, or a commuter train ticket — so it’s certainly not nothing.
Become a volunteer
Your age, education or social status don’t matter to us; even your country of residence or citizenship is not relevant. If you want to be part of DAR, join us — there will always be a task suited to you.
A project for business owners. Our friends support us by sharing information about DAR on their social media and displaying QR code donation posters. We offer our community’s support and our media channels for business promotion, both online and offline.
Any report, article, post, or even a personal blog repost helps us help others. If you are a journalist, blogger, photographer, or simply active on social media, we would love to collaborate.
